This game is such a challenge and requires patience and intelligence. If you lack either one i wouldnt recommend it..

Pros- great fun, interesting story, good pace, hints in HOS Cons- there needs to be a way to opt out of the little video storyline sequences. Do not like the way you have to drag a tool into the hint box to get a hint only to have the hint be a grainy picture of where the tool goes. The hint should be about the scene not about the tool

I have a Mystery Case File game in the wii I never play so I fm decided to look for one on iTunes since it would be more accessible. It was pretty fun, and my 12 year old is playing it as well. All the puzzles are fun and solving the mystery was fun. Its a great way to spend time when sitting by the husband while hes playing C.O.D. The only annoying part is trying to figure things out for yourself (which maybe youd have to do that if it were. Real mystery? There would be no explanation of clues laying around, so I was guessing thats why??) and when you know an object serves a purpose and you cant get it to work you are kind of insulted for not having a better idea. When actually you are supposed to use the hammer on the nails or the knife or the sharpening stone, for example, but the placement might be off so hes telling you to seek therapy. Kind of annoying when you are frustrated with the game not doing what its supposed to. But one question...why did the girls call him "father"?

The game was great until the potholder and hammer disappeared from inventory. Now I cant finish the game and im stuck

In the game it says you can get hints on items in your inventory, but it only worked on one item. I did wait for the hint to load (just so you know)

I have played this game at least 4 times, and its just as fun each time! Definitely would recommend, its one of big fishs best games!

Even though there is a glitch with the pot holder u can still solve the game without it

OMG me and my mother played this on the Wii and beat the game had an amazing time games full of energy kids can play older adults can play its fun for all the family I was so excited my thought on the App Store and its even on the Mac App Store on my desktop so I cant wait to play in both great great game amazing game out of 10 stars I get it 11 stars
